Q. When will my order be shipped?
A. Orders placed by 3:00 PM EST on weekdays will usually ship the same day. Orders placed on the weekends will usually ship on the following Monday.

Q. What if the item I ordered goes out of stock?
A. Backorders are filled before the items go out for sale on new orders. Your order will be filled ASAP on a fist come first serve basis.

Q. Why did my item go on backorder if the website said it was available?
A. If more than one order is placed at the same time by multiple customers, there is always a possibility that there will not be enough quantity to fill orders.

Q. How soon can I expect to receive my order?
A. Our company is located in NJ and most orders are shipped UPS, which means depending upon what area of the country you live in, depends how soon your order will be delivered. Most orders are delivered within 5 business days.

Q. Why are the shipping charges so high?
A. Our shipping charges are based on the most current available rates through UPS. They frequently have surcharges for fuel, etc., which are beyond our control.

Q. How do I return an item I don't like, or it wasn't what I expected?
A. All items are returnable for store credit, EXCEPT Inks, Reference Books, Needles and Flash. Simply call Customer Service for an RMA # at 1-800-809-8289.

Q. My ink froze and exploded during shipment, what do I do?
A. Unfortunately we cannot control the temperatures in which UPS stores your package, therefore we are not responsible for exploded inks. You must file a claim with UPS.

Q. My package is damaged, what can I do?
A. If your packaged is damaged during shipping, refuse the package and call out Customer Service Line at 1-800-809-8289 immediately.

Q. I placed my order with NEXT DAY Delivery and I didn't receive it until 2 days later, what do I do?
A. Call customer service at 1-800-809-8289 to ensure your package left when you expected it to.

Q. The web site states I cannot order a product, as my quantity exceeds the available amount. How do I get this item on order?
A. If you would like to place an "Original Backorder", call customer service at 1-800-809-8289.

Q. There are problems with the website, who do I contact?
A. You can either us the "Contact Us" page on the website, or call Customer Service at 1-800-809-8289 and ask for the web site administrator.

Q. My credit card keeps being declined and I know it is good, what do I do?
A. You can either e-mail us on the "Contact Us" page, or call Customer Service at 1-800-802-8289 and ask for the web administrator who will be able to tell you the reason for the decline.

Q. I want to place my order COD, what do I do?
A. All COD orders are processed through Customer Service, please call 1-800-809-8289.

Q. I do not live in the United States, and I am unsure the shipping rates are correct for my order, what can I do?
A. Use the "Contact Us" page to report the problem, there may be alternatives to the shipping options to reduce the charges.
