SHIPPING TIME:
Normally, depending on the time you place you order,
it can be shipped that day, or up to 48 hours later if you order is placed on a weekend.
You will be notified by e-mail when you order is being processed, and when it has shipped.
SHIPPING METHOD:
Most orders are shipped by UPS Ground unless you
specify otherwise.
RETURNS:
Do not return items without notifying us of you intent to do so and the reason for the return.
Each authorized return receives an RMA #. Some returns may incur a restocking charge.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES:
Shipping and Handling is based on weight, number of boxes and the shipping zone. Residential
delivery incurs an additional charge. You will be notified if there is a difference in shipping
charges.
